Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate is responsible for the creation & management of digital direct response campaigns. We need a person who can delight clients, confidently manage business opportunities, grow account spending and deliver programs through to completion, on time and on budget.

Specifically we need the right person to:

  • Exceed client expectations by flawlessly planning and executing digital media and paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Grow billings from existing clients through effective and thorough account management
  • Research, negotiate and build strong relationships with digital media and search engine marketing vendors
  • Manage interns and staff if and when appropriate
  • Proactively seek out and share new information and research about digital advertising & search engine marketing techniques and business best practices
  • Work effectively and efficiently with Google campaign management tools & ad serving software

Essential skills:

  • University or college degree or related work experience
  • 2 or more years’ hands-on experience with digital media and/or pay-per-click search engine marketing (PPC) campaigns; similar experience in social media will not be considered equivalent

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Coordinator

You’ve run successful PPC campaigns in a wide range of industries and are Google certified. In addition to managing campaigns to strict CPA goals and achieving targets, you consistently delight clients and your co-workers.

The SEM Coordinator is responsible for building, managing, optimizing and reporting on pay-per-click marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience with search engine interfaces and/or PPC management tools is essential.

Essential skills:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience developing and executing successful paid SEM campaigns in Google AdWords & Bing Ads

  • Have a strong quantitative background, including academic experience working with data to uncover trends, confidence in working with numbers, and proficiency in Excel and other data manipulation tools.
  • Thrive in an environment where demands change quickly, have a strong desire to delight our clients consistently, and are thrilled to help out where needed – from helping develop media strategy to moving office furniture when necessary.
  • Be a capable, no-nonsense team player

Intern will learn to:

  • Analyze data, deliver accurate campaign reports and generate insights to optimize campaigns
